The level of customer service that my boyfriend and I received from "THEE" Jessie was 11/10. Stellar. After a 6 hour flight and accidentally going to the airport to pick-up the car, we were a little cranky when we arrived but Jessie was nothing but kind. He upgraded our rental for a steal and even allowed us to return the X6 M to airport in order to save us time upon departure! Great Car. Great Service. Easy Pick-up.
