Your way to SIXT

Orlando International Airport has SIXT branches in all terminals: A, B, and C. From Terminals A and B, follow our SIXT signs to the branches on level 1 where ground transportation is located. From Terminal C, follow the "Car rental" signs to our SIXT branch, located on the level 4.

From counter to car

From our Terminal A and B branches, turn left and walk until you reach the second set of elevators. Go down to level T (tunnel). Go through the tunnel to the elevators, taking it up to P1. Go through the double doors, make a left, and then you'll arrive at our SIXT Booth. From our Terminal C branch, exit through the glass doors, following the "Rental cars" signs. Take the escalator on left down one floor. Proceed down the hallway to the elevators. Take the elevator to level C1, turning left as you exit the elevator to get to our SIXT area.

Return information

Navigate to our SIXT branches at Orlando International Airport at 1 Airport Blvd, Orlando, FL 32827. Depending on your final destination, your vehicle can be returned to any of our branches at Terminals A, B, or C. For Terminals A and B, follow the "Car rental return" signs at the respective terminal. Once you have entered the parking garage, follow the SIXT signs guiding you to the return area. A SIXT agent will be there to collect your key and assist with your return. For Terminal C, follow the "Car rental return" signs. Once you arrive at the garage, follow the SIXT signs to the 1st floor return area. A SIXT agent will be there to collect your key and assist with your return.

I booked a reservation online and was not aware of the additional charge for a booster seat. Rosana and Raby were exceptionally helpful (1) with helping me to better understand the policy and how online booking works (you’re charge for the booster seat at the counter, not online) (2) with accommodating me by waiving the fee. The charges were unexpected and I wasn’t prepared. These two understood and were genuinely concerned with me having a wonderful experience with their services. They didn’t give me policy “word play” like they very well could have, instead they exhibited understanding and compassion! I am truly grateful for Ppl like Rosana and Raby! Last but not least, Rosana made a suggestion of a better vehicle than the one I initially reserved. No extra hidden fees! Their respect, consideration and overall professionalism is why I’ll be returning back to SIXT.
