Hear me out, give this place a try. Looks like a new location and maps hasn't been updated, it's a little sketchy on the outside, but the moment I was greeted everything changed. Donald was such a cool guy and a smooth talker, I never felt like I was being upsold but instead provided with additional value and information relating to my rental. Most people don't understand what these people's jobs are and assume anything they're being sold is an upcharge. Donald informed me of what the benefits are and what I am forfeiting and taking accountability for. Awesome customer service and a one hell of a great salesman.

I had an amazing experience at the mpls location. Noah helped me check out a beautiful BMW X5. He was very kind and professional! I can’t remember the two that checked out the suv for me, but they were also phenomenal.
