Best experience. The agent at the front desk was extremely competent and friendly. I got a complimentary upgrade. I think her name was Precious. Then I met Rupert in the garage where you pick up the car. Again, he was friendly and help. I also had contact with a few other employees but don't have names. Every employee was fantastic!

UPDATE - My money was refunded to my account after a couple emails with customer service. Thank you! ------ Terrible customer service. I had to cancel a reservation in Florida as there is a category 4 hurricane barreling towards the state and my work event was cancelled. They still charged me $100 cancellation fee. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!
