Excellent and efficient in the customer service dept. Evan was relatable, professional and took care of my needs quickly and efficiently. I had a 7 day rental out of the Sixt LAX location and drove it to my destination. The next day my wife and I agreed the car was too small to suite our needs (with a baby, luggage, in laws etc.). We quickly made some phone calls back to the LAX location and they had mentioned to try the Studio City location due it being closest to our stay. The nice girl on the phone, Kimmy had mentioned that it's a smaller location so inventory might be short, but to give it a shot. We took the chance and showed up with no forewarning. I was immediately greeted by a pretty lady (about 60) I only know this because she mentioned it. I didn't get her name but she was dealing with a difficult customer and yet still greeted me with a smile. BTW- she handled this very difficult customer with class, as I witnessed the entire transaction. She has more patience than I do and I too am in the customer service business. In fact I own 2 customer service businesses. She had passed me onto Evan, who again with much class held a nice conversation while making the amendment to my booking. He calmly but quickly found a car that fit my criteria. Evan had mentioned that it just needed to be fueled and cleaned and it's all mine. Mind you, I have a wife, 1 year old and mother in-law sitting in the other car in the parking lot. He quickly gave the keys to the detailer (who also did a great job), meanwhile staying in direct communication. A short while later, I received the car and off I went. Everything you can ask for with a car rental company. These 3 people were text book service. I commend you all, and I again thank you all.
