We rented from this location - just a weekend, fun rental after a cruise. We had a WONDERFUL experience. Adam was phenomenal. He offered us a nice upgrade at a reasonable price. He then spent some time helping us figure out some specifics on the car, etc. We felt the customer service we were offered was above and beyond our expectations. We returned our car to the RSW location. I wish I remembered the name of the person that helped us with the return . He was also outstanding. I will try to rent from this company before working with any others.
