How often does one have a five star experience in a car rental agency? Over the last several months I’ve rented from this location at least four times, and each experience has been a pleasure. The first times I rented from two different agents named Sarah, and most recently I rented from King. All three agents were polite, upbeat, and professional. The only hiccup I experienced was due to a fault in their computer system, and the agent was able to rectify the situation efficiently.
I’ve been very happy with my experiences with Sixt at the Hyatt Regency, and I will look forward to turning to them for my future car rental needs.

Having rented cars frequently for work trips over the past year, I can confidently say this location stands out as the best. This is primarily attributed to the outstanding customer service provided by King. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. King answered all my questions, making the entire experience efficient and seamless. I was ultimately able to secure the exact car I wanted.
