Excellent service from Sven at Kia branch, Portaferry road, Newtownards, Co. Down. Answered any queries we had in a friendly and professional manner. Other members of staff were very polite and friendly also. The vehicle (Kia Sportage ) was chosen with good help and advice from Sven. The car was great to drive and gave exceptional mpg. I would recommend SIXT and Downey's Kia Newtownards to anyone and look forward to dealing with them again. Hugh.
