St Pancras staff on pick-up and Manchester Airport staff on drop-off were all fantastic. Brand new Q5 drove like a dream. Our 12 day Sixt experience was great, before flying to Dublin and getting a Europcar car in poor condition and aggresive bullying treatment from Europcar staff. Sixt scense as to who we book with next trip.
