The stars are based on the service and staff at Sixt Battersea as they are always helpful and friendly, especially the guys at the counter who make the process smooth and quick. I never have to wait long to be seen, which is a real plus when you’re busy. They’re knowledgeable and always willing to assist with any questions or issues that come up. In terms of the company offering: the quality of the vans could be improved, as I have had a van with air con that didn't blow cold near the end of summer. I would like to see a small van size at target good price too. Finally the £200 deposit policy is a bit inconvenient. I few years ago I was renting a lot through another company, but don't remember having to wait for money back after a rental . Removing the deposit and keep hold of cards details instead would improve my cash flow and stop me using zipcar where despite being more expensive doesn't require the upfront costs.
