The best pick up experience - no waiting for a shuttle bus, just walk to the Sofitel at terminal 5. I also love the car scanner technology which makes it simple to objectively record the state of the vehicle in collection and return.

Good customer service but hard to find the desk. Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Only negative was being told after that there was a scratch on the car after we used it but fortunately they didn’t charge us for it and also I had taken a video and photos of the car before we left and the scratch mentioned was clearly there beforehand. So always a good idea to film/take photos everywhere before getting in ;)
