Phillipa at Sixt Bristol Central was incredibly helpful and made my pick up smooth and easy. Greeted with a friendly smile and answered all my questions regarding the car she was super helpful. The staff at Bristol central are a great bunch of friendly people and always show a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend this car hire centre. The choice of vehicles is first class too. Wouldn't hesitate to use again as my first choice car rental destination.

I hired a van for the day. I am happy with the overall experience. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful.... Including Mark, who I dealt with directly. The process was quick and straightforward, with everything fully explained, and the vehicle had excellent cleanliness. I returned the vehicle using the convenient out of hours procedure, after my arranged return time, at no extra cost or penalties. Other companies I've used in the past only provided a 30 minute grace period. Sixt is highly recommended.

I had a great experience renting from Sixt. The sales agent Mr. M. Robinson at the Bristol Airport Sixt office, was very friendly and made the entire process smooth. He was very knowledgeable about the car options and provided helpful recommendations without being pushy.
