Naeem went above and beyond to help me get back the back I forgot at the Sixt office. Also I had ordered my car from terminal three but arrived at terminal one due to my own confusion. He managed to arrange that someone drove it to T1. I was impressed with this level of service.

Mrs. Sheralin was a great help although she was alone in a rush hour, she answered all my questions and the rent process went smoothly, never the less all of us had to wait alot cause of the rush hour.
