I'm not sure why some of the ratings are low and comments are negative. My experience with sixt at dubai airport has been great. The cars are in great condition, the pick up and return process is easy and quick. The staff is very courteous and efficient - I must specifically mention Mr. Habib and Mr. Haseeb, at the lot counter and in the lot who were nothing short of exceptional. Also, my deposit was returned within a few days as opposed to some of the comments. I've rented from them before and I've already made another booking with them for the future.
