In order to get to our entrance, please take a left at the roundabout onto the street "Winterthurerstrasse" and again left at the first traffic light (next to "Auto Steiner"). The entrance to our SIXT branch and parking is on the left of the high-rise.

Rented a van to move to a new apartment and it went fast and smoothly. Booked one with manual gears, but got an automatic, which was great!
The agent was quite friendly and explained a lot of details, which is not always the case around here. I arrived just a few minutes before closing time (17:00), and that did not feel like an issue at all. At the time of booking there was no full insurance available, which was a shock, but thankfully the agent was able to resolve and add it to the booking.
Did not even know about this branch, and booked from it only because it was recommended from the other Hardbrücke branch. Was pleasantly surprised by the service and also the location, as it was quite convenient for our move.

We were a bit hesitant to rent a car due to the large number of reviews. However, the location was the most convenient for us, so we decided to take the risk. We rented a small Mercedes cargo van. The car was in good condition. Just in case, we took photos before and after.
When we returned it, the employee was on a lunch break. We left the keys in the key drop box and left. A couple of hours later, we received an email confirming that everything was fine. The next day, we got our deposit back.
We assumed that people usually write bad reviews when they are unhappy with the service, while those who have a good experience rarely leave reviews.
So I’m writing this review for those who might be hesitant due to negative feedback: if you return the car in the same condition you rented it, there’s nothing to worry about.

Arrived late, after the location had closed due to a lengthy train delay from Amsterdam. By blind luck we were somehow able to contact Pelin, the site manager who graciously agreed to come back to help us out. Without her we would've been stranded and would not have made it to our destination in time. She was outstanding, and Sixt was very good to work with throughout our visit to Europe.
