Great experience and great customer service by Anouar, who welcomed us with a smile and treated us kindly. Very swift process, quick car pickup, zero waiting. We asked for an upgrade at a reasonable price because our needs changed in the meanwhile and we were offered one. No hidden charges, paid exactly what we agreed. Some reviews state that returning to the parking lot can be tricky, but we found it very easily. Finally, there is a shuttle bus that takes you from the rentals to the parking, however, it is at an easily walkable distance, 5minutes on foot, so there is no need to worry.
