I made a last minute car rental reservation at the airport and the lady, (Ana?), provided the options available and eventually a decent price for a ford focus. The car i picked up did have some scratches which i photographed during the inspection, (which was fortunate, as one wasnt registered on the report). At the end of the rental sixt contacted me regarding one of the scratches. The process of uploading my pictures was easy and no charges were applied. The process was easy and efficient. However im not entirely sure what would have happened if i didnt have photographic evidence. So take photos during any car rental pickup.

Great service from the local employee. Once again, we were clearly informed about the different conditions on site and the insurance cover. The information provided in advance when booking online was unfortunately not very informative. It's nice that the staff on site are aware of this. Of course, we were also happy about the free upgrade. Everything went smoothly and the return directly at the airport also worked without problems.
