4 Stars due to billing error. I returned the vehicle without refueling and accepted the refueling charge + amount of gas needed. But the final bill charged me a refueling service charge not once but 3 times (it should only be once plus the total liters of fuel needed). However, Sixt customer support was able to credit me back the over charge, it was just annoying that a company this big made an error of over 100 euros. Just beware and double check your final invoice.
