The agent made it very easy to complete our transaction and provided some good information. It took us a little bit to figure out where we were supposed to pick up the car because the train station is under major construction, but once we saw the signage, it was easy. I was a bit concerned about the toll fees, but we ended using our credit card to pay each toll while we traveled from Spain to Portugal. Make sure you use the right fuel type for the car. We ended up using premium Diesel and it worked great given the Audi's performance. The return experience was a little long but all in all a good experience.

“I recently rented a car from Sixt in Madrid and returned it in Malaga. The experience was very positive overall. The car met all my specifications, was clean, and in excellent condition. The customer service was very good both at the pick-up location in Madrid and during the drop-off in Malaga. I am currently waiting for the deposit refund, and I hope it will be returned without delays, as I haven’t faced any issues so far. It’s been two days since the return, and I expect the deposit to be processed soon. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service provided.”
