I’ve been working with Sixt for a while now and have generally had a good experience. Their service is professional, and the cars are well-maintained. However, I’ve faced an issue several times where the car I booked wasn’t available when I arrived to pick it up. While they do offer me an alternative vehicle, it can be frustrating when I’m expecting a specific model. I hope they can improve this aspect of their service as everything else has been great.
