Staff were very pleasant and explained the rental process well, picking up and dropping off the car was also simple. And importantly there were no hidden fees before/after returning. I would however get your own cover for damages to the car as it is much cheaper than SIXT's, and drop off point can be a bit tricky to find. They email the damage report of the car instead of giving you a copy of it, so don't forget to check it before leaving
