Very good experience. The pick up process was seamless. Christopher Torres was very friendly and made sure i have all the necessary documents. The location was easy to find, and i didn’t have to wait long . Returning the car was a breeze. The staff did a quick inspection, and I was on my way without any issues. No unexpected charges. I felt the pricing was fair for the quality of the service and the car I received. Overall, I had a great experience with Sixt Rent A Car . I would definitely would recommend them for a reliable car rental in car San Juan.

Despite all the negative reviews, I had a good experience. Smoothe in and out. The $8/day toll fee is a little annoying though. All in all decent experience!

Rental was smooth, booked through booking.com. We arrived early and they didn't make us wait, they got us a car ASAP. The lady who was filling our paperwork knew my credit card had insurance coverage and didn't hassle me to buy additional insurance. Would recommend.
