We had no issues with SIXT. I was pleasantly surprised by the service we got. Was able to find the shuttle after arriving at airport and they were so kind when we arrived at the office. They offered waters and had a place for people to sit. Karla helped me from start to finish and was so friendly. They accepted my credit card as collision coverage, and my car insurance for liability with no issues. The only extra I paid for was toll coverage as we were traveling to some other parts of the island. Would highly recommend! Thanks Karla!

I had reserved the car online , when I got to the place I had to wait around 45 mins to get my car . Aside from the wait , the staff was amazing , kind, and very helpful with any questions that I may have had. I The car was in good shape and rode well . I will definitely use them again .
