I picked up a car at the Porto airport and the staff were professional and there were plenty with very little wait time to see an agent or process the rental. And the check in was in the airport vs other companies who didnt have an open kiosk in the airport. The staff didnt try to push too many upgrades which I appreciated; he just brought up insurance and the gas. My main gripe was gas offer - which all the rental companies do - which is basically telling the customer to give them another 20 Euros more - at a minimum - for the rental as there is no way one can return the car empty; and why would one want to try manage this concept in the back of your mind when you are on vacation.
