Once I found the rental desk (which was hidden at the 1st floor of the main Mall plaza - perched above the fountains), I had a good experience overall. The people I interacts with were nice. Service was very quick and I even got an upgrade for free. However the company should invest in better signage and indications for customers to find the rental desk and then the pick up location.
