Please note, that it is only possible to return the SIXT vehicle at our SIXT branch Boulevard Francisco Medina Ascencio 7930, Colonia Villa Las Flores, 48335 Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the time you would like to be at your terminal. The shuttle will take you back to the Airport.

Important pick up informationThe Sixt rent a car branch Puerto Vallarta is located outside the terminal. Please let us know your flight number in order to guarantee your pick up if your flight is delayed or cancelled. You can call our international Call Center or the mexican Call Center to inform us about any changes in your arrival.The rental car branch is located in aprox. 250m distance to the terminal. The Sixt shuttle circulates between the branch and f the terminal and within max. 5 minutes you will be picked up at the exit of the terminal. Our Sixt shuttle bus will lift you to our location where you open the rental agreement, get your car and all the information you might need for your first day in Puerto Vallarta.Return of the rental car in Puerto Vallarta:You can return your vehicle at the same branch in front of the airport where you rent the car. One of our drivers will shuttle you directly to your departure terminal.

We have had the horrible experience of the fraudulent business practices of other car rental companies. This one is NOT like that. The car was ready when we arrived, and worked perfectly for the week. On return, there was no attempt to bill us for preexisting or pretend damage. I loved that they even had Christian music playing (we returned on a Sunday). An excellent experience that I would *HIGHLY* recommend! We booked through Expedia without issue.
