I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews, but my experience was perfect. Professional agents who explained rental and return in great detail, didn’t push me into buying optional coverage as I had my own insurance, just made sure I understood the risks (full value of car). I originally booked Skoda Scala size of car, but I couldn’t resist a paid upgrade (15 EUR / day) to an R version of VW T-Roc - big mileage, but in very good condition and so fun to drive. Return was flawless as well, I received the final invoice and report few minutes later.

Have rented from this location as well as their other one in town several times recently. I have booked online as well as over the phone, and have had a great experience each time. I was given a free upgrade one trip, and another time Sixt gave me an automatic discount once my reservation was confirmed via email. Their customer service is top notch, I will definitely be coming back.
