Very quick pick-up and drop-off. Helpful staff speaks perfect english and helped with ZTL zone information in Turin. Car was brand new, only 23km mileage and no surprises with extra charges and unhidden defects after drop-off. Clear, fair and transparent business, I am a frequent Sixt user and always good experience overall.

I rented and returned a car at Turin airport. Service at the airport was efficient, clear and cordial both when getting the car and returning it. Unfortunately I did not take the name of the person who helped me - he did a great job. The car I received was in great condition and very clean, and existing (very minor) scratches and bumps were very clearly pointed out in the contract. Overall, very good experience
