We reserved an economy car with full insurance coverage during Christmas. It showed Fiat 500(or similar) and we got Fiat Panda( Fiat 500 is just for summer) and for our use it was even better choice. If your drive is not just on cities and highways Panda will be much better for uneven roads.
The staff were great, car was clean and ready to go, drop off instructions was clear. No extra charges after returning the car. We dropped the car at the Rome airport and it’s very easy to find the right spot.

We had perfect experience with Sixt at Bari train station. Manager Alessia was polite and super professional !
All paper/computer work done in 10 minutes. We received Citroen C3. Car was fresh (almost new) and very clean.
