Fantastic experience. The agent, Alessia, was great. She helped me understand clearly my options in the vehicle range I reserved and also gave me tips about driving in different cities, tolls in Puglia South (none), how to deal with gas, how to return the car at off hours, etc. Overall the experience was very positive and it is because of the Human at the other side of the counter - Alessia.
