5-Star customer service. I was late for my flight because I had problems filling up the gas tank in a OB station (don't go to OB, Orkan is much better haha). I asked the lady how often the buses to the airport passed and told her my flight would depart in 40 minutes, but she was extremely nice and offered to drive me to the airport! 😊 In the end, I was the last passenger to board, and I'm writing this from inside the airplane! So, if you're reading this, all I can say is thank you, people like you make a difference in the world!

Vehicle, price, and service was excellent. Shoutout to Olivia who was so helpful when a rock dinged my windshield and I was stressed out about the damage. She even drove me to the terminal when I missed the bus - thank you, Olivia! It snowed, and I was grateful that Sixt had studded tires on the car (I didn’t ask for this, it just came with them). Please note that while driving in Iceland is quite easy, there are many things that could cause inadvertent vehicle damage - rocks, sand, snow, tourists unfamiliar with icy roads, etc. Next time, I would opt for more insurance but they were very kind to me this time when I was under-insured. Easy pickup and drop off, no nonsense. Thank you everyone!

Exactly, It's not all good reputations. But I can rent cheaper than any other rental car shops. And I am not imposed extra fee after back to a rental car. I can make a awesome memories with cost cut😊 Thank you.
