A great experience at Sixt Trier, mostly due to the great service of Klaus (guest service officer). Firstly, prices are much cheaper than Luxembourg or France for similar vehicles. After a warm welcome, Mr Klaus immediately acknowledged that I couldn’t speak German and therefore did his best to help and used a translator which was very handy. Everything was clearly explained and swiftly done, no time wasting. I immediately received the contract with all details by email (paperless option was appreciated). At the return, 2 weeks later, same very service, attentive with a warm farewell. Also received the detailed invoice shortly after. I initially booked a BMW 3 Touring and got an Audi A4 touring 4.0 which was highly appreciated. Car was quite new, clean, nothing to say. Thank you very much to Klaus and Sixt Trier for everything ! We will surely return there for our next rental.
