Having read the reviews of previous people having problems with SIXT I was hesitant, but then seeing people having the same problem with neighbouring companies I chose SIXT to go with to my road trip to Switzerland.
My main concern was gaining back my deposit and not being charged with damages I didn’t cause.
But customer service was good and the car I received was above the standard I expected to receive.
Only one day after returning the vehicle and I have received my deposit back and invoice shows clear of any charges so I’m happy.
Will certainly return with them if in need of a car rental in the future.

Fast and expedient but the van disolay was showing warnings of breaking fluid from time to time. I find that unsettling for any rental. I had to film the interior and exterior just to make sure no damage is imputed to my use. The van had lots of small phisical issues that I wanted marked.
