The day I picked up my car I was half an hour late and was worried that the office was closed. But there was an employee named Bekler waiting for me in front of the door. She also comforted me and told me not to worry, she would help me pick up the car. I don't understand German and can only communicate in English. But she patiently explained various matters to me and her attitude was always friendly and cordial. I have rented cars many times around the world and three times in Germany and I have never encountered such nice staff. I would recommend this car rental company to my friends.
