This is a branch of Sixt in Mulheim an der Ruhr. It is 15 minutes from the Mulheim Hbf (Main train station). There is a fuel station besides the Sixt and you can refuel your rented car easily while returning the car. Please make sure that you are taking photos or videos of your car and speedometer while picking the same.
