Helpful, courteous and considerate member of staff (referred to as the “big guy”) helped me with a technical problem I had with the car. He took the initiative and managed to find a solution. Very kind and helpful, especially at closing time on a Friday afternoon. He wouldn’t leave until it was sorted.
