I was a bit worried as I read some negative reviews here in Google. But I was a lucky customer bcoz my overall experience with them was fine, this month in December. The branch was easy to find, pick up was smooth, and car conditions was good. Final bill was ok (not too out of my expectation). Based on this experience, I will likely return if there is another similar trip here.

I was hesitant to rent from sixt with all the negative reviews, but they had the car I wanted for the price I wanted, so I bit the bullet.
One day before I was picking up the car, I was told they didn't have it, but would get me into something similar. I agreed and when I showed up the next day, it was ready to go.
I was satisfied, I guess. It did what I needed, and was good on fuel. I got the extra insurance, just in case but didn't get the additional country insurance. I ended up going over the border anyway, but didn't have any issues.
Car was returned and they verified all was good. I suppose I will use sixt again in the future.

I rented a vehicle in a category that could be a BMW 3 series, Mercedes C-class or Audi A4, they gave me a Chinese car "Link and Co O1", a SUV, I got completely disappointing, but after a complain they changed the car and give a me upgrade for a sedan, BMW 5 series, the employees are very polite, the company solved this problem quickly and easily
I recomend the services.
