The member of staff was very friendly, help and spoke very good English. The wait time was quite long, but there was only one member of staff working on the counter. We hired a Golf but ended up with a Mercedes C Class which was a nice free upgrade! The only thing that put me off was finding a used face mask in the drivers door, when the car is supposed to be sanitised..., but I can understand how this could happen if there are very few staff. So for that I give it four stars
