By car

When entering Le Havre, go towards "centre-ville" (city centre) and then towards "Terminal croisière" (Cruise Terminal). At the roundabout, go towards "quai Southampton" (Southampton dock) (second on the right) and the SIXT branch will be in 50 m after the bridge on your right.

From the Cruise Terminal

Turn left onto Avenue Lucien Corbeaux. At the roundabout take the first exit towards Quai de l'Île, cross the bridge and the SIXT branch is located on your right at 100m. Plan 20 min. for the route on foot.

With public transport

From the city hall/downtown, the branch can be reached by taking Bus line C2 towards Grand Quai. Get off at the terminus, the SIXT branch is located opposite the bus stop.

I rented a Fiat 500 for a day trip to Mont Saint Michel for my family of 4. We were in Le Havre for 14 hours as part of an NCL cruise. We walked from the ship to rental location (about 15 minute walk) and were greeted by friendly staff around 08:15. I had reserved a car online and the agent had the contract and car ready. The process was quick and efficient. We were in our car and on our way it about 15 minutes. We drove 2.5 hours to the abbey, saw the sites, stopped in Avranches for a late lunch, and were back in Le Havre by 6 PM. I had read reviews for this Sixt location and was anticipating a challenge finding parking on the return, but that was not an issue. I had no problem finding a spot on the side-street for my little Fiat. The office was closed, so I left the keys in the drop box. First thing the next morning, I received an email acknowledging the return and then another with the final charge which was exactly what I had been quoted online. The entire experience couldn't have been better!

The staff so prompt and kind at check in! Perfect location for cruisers! I had a little trouble finding a parking space on my return but I emailed them where I left the car a couple streets over and it was no problem at all! They were fantastic! Highly recommend! Wonderful! Car was great!
