Thank you Ludo. Great service from this man, a credit to your team. We had a great trip and the handover, advice and send off set us up for an epic father son skiing adventure. Definitely recommend. Top tips for picking up in the French secteur - Read the GVA website on access to the French side and prepare to leave your luggage trolley when you cross the border within the airport - Search e-vignette re the registration number to see if a previous customer has purchased a publicly viewable one, or options to purchase should you decide (but go direct to the via.admin.gva, no need for third party website) - Geneva roads are straightforward enough, but turnoffs can be confusing on google maps. Just remember you are on holiday, and every extra turn builds character… - the return Sixt leaflet is very useful… keep and read it. If you have queries on holiday the e-mail address on the leaflet is useful, as customer service is centralised and may not have local knowledge. - Most of all have fun!!!!

Rented a mini cooper S cabrio last week at Geneva airport. Service at the arrival was verry helpfull and friendly. Can't remember his name. But man if u read this review, u asked me to put youre name in here, sorry I can't remember :). The car was clean and smelled like new. I don't understand why people give so many bad reviews. The best thing you can do is take all inclusive insurance. No discussions about scratches or something else. Ok it's a quit bit money but you have no worry's. They gived me a clean car i gived the car clean back. Next time i will rent again with Sixt.
