The minimum age for a SIXT rental in Denmark is 20, with a driver’s license held for at least 1 year. Some car categories have a higher minimum age, and an underage driver fee applies to drivers under 26.
You will need a valid driver’s license held for at least 1 year, along with an ID card or passport. Renters with licenses using a non-Roman alphabet like Arabic also need an international driving permit.
There are 2 toll roads in Denmark: the Øresund Bridge that goes to Sweden, and the Storebælt Bridge. You can add payments of these tolls as an extra when you book to save time.
There are restrictions on which countries your rental car can be taken to from Denmark. Any cross-border travel with your SIXT rental needs to be requested at the station, and a fee will be charged per day.
