Car rental at
Paphos Airport

I hired a car from Sixt Paphos Airport, from 9/11/24 until 16/11/24. When returning the car, I was accompanied by my elderly mother (90 yrs) who has mobility issues. I also had 2 large suitcases plus my mother's wheelchair which unfortunately had a puncture. Because of this issue, I was concerned as to how I would get into the airport building with my mother and luggage. On arrival at the Sixt return point, I was met by several of the staff and upon hearing of my dilemma they immediately offered their assistance. They asked me to go into the terminal building to alert the airport mobility staff whilst Manuel (one of the staff) drove my mother and our luggage to the front of the building where he assisted my mother from the car and unloaded the luggage and wheelchair. In addition Manuel reinflated the punctured tyre on my mother's wheelchair. I have to say that Manuel and all of his colleagues were extremely courteous, respectful and willing to help and I cannot thank them enough. Top marks and grateful thanks for making our lives easy.
