Overall great service. Availability was quite limited because we didn’t have a reservation ahead of time. So they didn’t have what we would have selected but we were provided with a reasonable upgrade - including everything we needed and then some - at an acceptable price. Marko took excellent care of us and had us on our way in a very timely manner. Would recommend for car rental needs in Zagreb.

The line at pickup was long and only one person was available to take care of all the customers. My interaction with the agent was quick, since all of my information was in the computer from a previous rental. The agent recommended that I pay for the gasoline up front, which was a good idea. I actually got the car that I singed up for, probably for the first time in my renting career.
