I returned a car at the Umag Sixt office that I had originally rented in Pula. The Sixt agent at this location was both friendly and professional - I wish I could say the same for the young woman that I picked the car up from in Pula. Overall, I had no issues when returning the car.

Incredible customer service at the begining, when rented & at the end when I returned the car.
