I had a relatively good experience renting from this branch but there’s room for improvement. Note that I purchased the $0 deductible policy for peace of mind. Even though the reserved vehicle category and model were “not available”, I was offered another vehicle without additional charge. Even though it was not the vehicle type I expected, the vehicle was clean, new and didn’t seem to have major damage (mechanically and aesthetically). The pick up process was seamless and fully digital. I was billed correctly (so far). It would be better if the reserved category had been available, especially considering this is an airport location with premium-location fees (otherwise why take reservations?). Nevertheless, I had a good time.
