We had an unforgettable experience at Sixt. We are from Hong Kong and was initially denied rental because the staff of Sixt at the Airport refused to rent a car to us as an international driving licence holder from Hong Kong. The staff misconceived our international driving licence issued pursuant to the Treaty as a mere translation of our domestic license. We then went to OAMTC to make an enquiry and afterwards, we went to Sixt at Hilton to seek help. Different from the staff at the airport, Mr. Amin B. patiently listened to our concerns and the issues that we had with the staff at the airport. He then checked internal emails and made inquiries to different departments of Sixt to confirm the position. With his professional assistance, patience and great service, it was revealed that the staff at the airport made a mistake and should have rented a car to us. Mr. Amin B. helped to remedy the situation and even showed us the way to return to the airport to get our car. We thanked him for his helpful service and were impressed by his knowledge and professionalism!
