After leaving the baggage claim, walk towards the arrival hall, then turn left and walk down in the direction of the tunnel marked "CAT (Airport City Train)". Walk through this tunnel and exit through the sliding glass doors on the right. Turn right and keep walking through a second glass door. Turn right again after these doors, and then take the elevator to level 0 (Car rental Center). (You will be going up one level). The counter is located at the beginning of the Car Rental Center.
