Rented a car from SIXT Graz Zentrum for a business trip. The staff was supportive, and the rental process was smooth. However, most of the time, the booked car category isn’t available, which can be frustrating. Their online booking system needs improvement—it should show only the available cars to avoid confusion. Overall, the experience was fine, but better availability management would make it much better.

I have rented a car at Sixt Graz (Kärtnerstraße) already several times and I am very happy with the service. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, making the handover of the vehicle easy and stress-free. They provide detailed information about any existing damages, which you can also document via photo. Additionally, they assist with the car’s functions if you’re not familiar with them. Highly recommend!

If you are headed to Weiz or any of the surrounding areas, this is the place to rent a bigger better vehicle. I was staying in small town where rental options are very limited and needed a large SUV. Rather than paying excessive airport pickup convenience fees (several hundred €/$) at VIE, I hopped on the train to Weiz Zentrum to pickup same lux SUV (BMW X5) for half the price.
FYI... The SIXT agency is located inside the Opal dealership and the sign is not easily visible from the road. My SIXT agent, Winklebauer, was awesome! He made sure everything was tip top before letting me take off in my big "American dream car".
I will definitely be renting from here every time I'm in SW Austria.
