I’m a regular customer at SIXT Graz Zentrum, and the service is always top-notch. The team is fantastic, and I’ve been helped several times by a really friendly and knowledgeable young lady who always goes the extra mile to answer any questions I have. Great customer service every time! The cars are usually in excellent condition, although occasionally a bit dirtier on the outside than expected, but the quality of service makes up for it. Last time, I got a fantastic upgrade from Denny, who went above and beyond to provide exceptional service 🚗👏. The return process is always smooth, and I’ve never had any issues. The out-of-hours drop-off is super convenient too – just park in the designated bays, drop the keys in the box, and you get an automatic email confirmation, which gives great peace of mind 📧🔑. The location is also perfect, right by multiple bus lines and the train station, making it very accessible 🚉🚌. Overall, highly recommend this SIXT branch for both great cars and fantastic service!

Staff here were amazingly helpful and friendly to us mid-70s American travelers. Moreover, when post-trip damage was reportedly discovered (to our surprise), the Sixt online damage team listened to our explanations (and non-explanations, for we had no idea anything had happened) and removed the potential charges.

I have rented a car at Sixt Graz (Kärtnerstraße) already several times and I am very happy with the service. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, making the handover of the vehicle easy and stress-free. They provide detailed information about any existing damages, which you can also document via photo. Additionally, they assist with the car’s functions if you’re not familiar with them. Highly recommend!
