Our flight into Maroochydore was delayed by 3 hours due to bad weather. We did not expect the rental office to still be open when we finally landed at 11pm and expecting to have to find alternate transport to our accomodation which would have been very expensive. But Ollie at the rental office had been tracking our flight and had waited for us. He was kind and professional and saved us a lot of time and money by waiting. A huge thank you to both Ollie and his manager for their help.
We were then delayed returning the vehicle due to a medical emergency but this was not a problem. The entire experience from hire to return was smooth and seamless and the car was perfect for our needs. We will definitely use Sixt again and would highly recommend.
