Excellent customer service with a speedy and easy pick up/ drop off. The vehicles provided are modern and very tidy. Only issue I had with my truck was the remote control for the tailgate lifter wasn’t working, but still had the mounted controls

Christine was a lovely host, helped us with explaining the car (it was our first electric car!) We loved it, we loved the service, and especially free charges, and when we couldn't find one (and had to pay!) Christine refunded our money for us.
