I didn’t catch the name of the employee who helped me, but I had to urgently hire an 8 seater car on the morning of the 13th January and the staff were so helpful, kind and supportive, going out of their way to clean and prepare one of their cars in incredibly short notice. This was in stark contrast to the horrendous experience I’d had moments before at Alpha rentals next door to Sixt. Whoever it was that was working this morning and helped me, thank you so much. You saved my family holiday and made my day.
