The car I rented was very good and the people who served me were quite nice. I was impressed with the quality service by SIXT.

Good service in sorting out paper work including e-signature, pictures of the car, clarity in instructions on extension. Minor feedback in picking up the car by asking customer if they need instructions on how to operate the car. For context, i have been driving the same toyota corrolla for 16 years and not familiar with the new technology.
While interior of the car is spotless and clean, the windscreen had wiping track mark obscuring my first drive.

Great truck but they hid charges from me that I only found out about on arrival. My online booking quote was ≈$90 but was charged $120 that’d be taken from a $200 deposit.
